Due to the customized nature of our interior decorating services and sensory space designs, returns may be limited. However, we accept returns or modifications in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or damaged products (e.g., sensory-friendly furniture, décor items)

  • Defective items that do not meet advertised specifications

  • Services not delivered as described in the agreed-upon contract

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made furniture or décor

  • Services rendered (including consultations, design plans, and installations)

  • Used or altered items

Return Process
To initiate a return or request an adjustment:

  1. Contact our team within 14 days of delivery or service completion.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. If applicable, return the item in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on eligibility.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
